CEO Whit Perryman led the congressman on a tour of the company headquarters where he visited with employee-owners and learned about Vermeer’s new product offerings.

“We’re grateful to Congressman Marchant for visiting us and hearing about our successes with employee ownership,” said Perryman. “In his role on the Ways and Means Committee, we hope he’ll remember the good that ESOPs do for businesses and communities.”

Founded in 1978, E-O-C, Inc. is a full-service equipment dealer specializing in selling, leasing, and servicing Vermeer and Bobcat Construction equipment.
