Clinton, Wisconsin – Last week, ESCA Board member company Scot Forge hosted new member of Congress Bryan Steil (R-WI-01) at their facility in Clinton, Wisconsin. Congressman Steil met with employee-owners to discuss employee ownership and American manufacturing. Scot Forge employee-owners showed the Congressman the facility and gave their unique perspectives on working for an S ESOP company.
