Boise, Idaho – Yesterday, Congressman Russ Fulcher (R-ID-1) visited Franklin Building Supply at their Boise facility. The Congressman spent two hours with the company’s executive team and employee-owners who took the Congressman on a tour of the facility. Franklin employee-owners spoke about the unique culture of employee ownership and the company’s business practices. Part of ESCA’s New Member Education Program, this visit was a great way to introduce the Congressman to the benefits of employee ownership and Franklin Building Supply.

Fulcher at our location in Boise and hope he enjoyed learning about employee ownership and how it has shaped our culture.”

Franklin Building Supply provides residential and commercial building supplies and services to builders. Headquartered in Boise, ID, Franklin has over 400 employee-owners in Idaho including 38 at its Boise headquarters. Franklin Building Supply joined ESCA last year. This was the company’s first district visit.
