Washington, D.C. – Today, Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA) released the second video in its “Faces of Employee Ownership” video campaign. The campaign spotlights eight employee-owners across the country sharing how employee stock ownership plans, or ESOPs, play a crucial role in their retirement plan and help foster a positive work environment.
The second video in the eight-part series features KPH Healthcare Services Vice President of Business Development Mike Duteau, who explains how the ESOP at KPH Healthcare Services provides an expanded opportunity for their employee-owners to give back to local charities.
“Employee ownership motivates us at KPH Healthcare Services to think every day about how can contribute positively to where we live and work,” said Duteau. “Our ESOP not only provides meaningful retirement savings for our employee-owners, but also allows us to pass those benefits to others in our community. I hope Congress hears our S ESOP success story and works to create more ESOPs.”
KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a national provider of pharmaceutical and health care services. The company became 100 percent employee-owned in 2008.
