Washington, D.C. – Today, Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA) released the latest video in its “Faces of Employee Ownership” eight-part video campaign. The campaign features employee-owners across America sharing how employee stock ownership plans, or ESOPs, provide robust retirement savings, bolster a positive work environment, and encourage long-term company success.

The fifth video in the eight-part series features Nate Ulery, a managing director at West Monroe Partners. Ulery highlights how West Monroe Partners’ ESOP has contributed to the continued growth of the company.

“Employee ownership has always been a core value of West Monroe Partners. We wanted to be a place where people could build a long career and have a stake in the company’s growth. Through our ESOP, we were able to formalize this goal,” said Ulery. “I firmly believe Congress should work to create more S ESOP companies. It’s a win-win for employers and employees because everyone is able to share in the same success.”

West Monroe Partners is a business and technology consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Since 2002, the company has grown to include more than 1,100 professionals in nine offices across the U.S. West Monroe Partners became 100 percent employee-owned in 2013.
