Washington, D.C. – Today, Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA) released the sixth video in its “Faces of Employee Ownership” video campaign. The eight-part campaign features employee-owners across America sharing how employee stock ownership plans, or ESOPs, not only provide greater retirement security but also encourage a positive workplace culture.
The sixth video in the eight-part series features Julie Hekking a software education specialist who has worked at NCM Associates for over 16 years. In the video, Hekking emphasizes how NCM Associates’ ESOP motivates its employee-owners to be more productive.
