ESCA Releases Fourth Video In “Faces of Employee Ownership” Campaign
Washington, D.C. – Today, Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA) released the fourth video in its “Faces of Employee Ownership” video campaign. The campaign features eight employee-owners across the country explaining how employee stock ownership plans, or ESOPs, help provide meaningful retirement savings and foster a positive workplace culture.
The fourth video in the eight-part series features Nicole Calamaio, director of human resources at Sundt Construction. Calamaio highlights how the ESOP at Sundt reaffirms the company’s commitment to building communities where everyone prospers.
“Being employee owned is central to Sundt’s culture. Our ESOP energizes our employee-owners to come to work motivated every single day because they treat the company’s money like their own,” said Calamaio. “As Congress addresses the critical issue of retirement security in America, I hope they hear the Sundt Construction S ESOP success story and work to create more ESOPs.”
Sundt Construction is one of the nation’s largest general contractors. With offices across the Southwest, Sundt provides full-service general contracting services, building a variety of projects for private and public sector clients. The company became 100 percent employee-owned in 2000.
