Kilgore, TX – Last week, Congressman Louie Gohmert (R-TX-1) visited ESCA Board company Employee-Owned Companies, Inc. in Kilgore, TX. The congressman met with employee-owners at the Kilgore Vermeer Texas-Louisiana store and heard about the unique culture of employee ownership as well as the benefits of the S ESOP structure that have allowed the company to expand in Texas.
