Please join us in Washington, DC for the 2022 Federal Policy Conference sponsored by Principal Financial Group and Kroll. This unique event gives company executives and employee-owners the opportunity to hear from top decision makers in Congress about potential policy changes that could impact your S ESOP.

Registration is open to all ESCA members and prospective members. “Prospective members” refers to individuals who are considering professional or – on behalf of their company – corporate membership in ESCA and who have not previously attended an ESCA conference. The “social guest” registration category provides for attendance at the opening reception on the 14th and the dinner event on the 15th.

The conference will be held at the Willard InterContinental Hotel (1401 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004). To make your room reservations, please call the Willard at (888) 424-6835 and reference the group code KL8. You can also book your room online by clicking the button below. The room block rate ranges from $409/night-$709/night. We encourage you to reserve your room right away as our room block will sell out.

 

Refund policy: Your registration fees will be fully refundable until July 13th. After July 13th but before August 1st, our policy is to refund 50% of the registration fees, and after August 1st registration fees are non-refundable.  This assures that we can cover guarantees to the facilities and local vendors that are made when you sign up. 

COVID Policy

Safety continues to be a top priority, so we will require proof of a negative COVID rapid test taken within 24 hours of arrival from all of those who plan to attend the conference to ensure that attendees feel safer and more comfortable. Please plan to show proof of your negative COVID rapid test (can be an at-home test) via a photo with a timestamp at the registration desk.
