Hotel Information

The conference will be held at the Willard InterContinental Hotel (1401 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004). To make your room reservation online, please click the button below. You may also choose to call the Willard at 800-424-6835 and reference the ESCA conference. The room block rate is $419/night. The deadline to make reservations at The Willard is Monday, August 18. We encourage you to reserve your room right away as our room block will sell out.
