This annual Summit is ESCA’s kickoff event of the year, bringing together more than 150 top executives of S ESOP companies, S ESOP advisors, and federal policymakers.

To continue keeping everyone safe in the most efficient and respectful manner possible, we ask that if you experience any flu-like or COVID symptoms, please refrain from attending the Leadership Summit. If you know you have recently been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you take a test prior to arrival at the conference.

We will also continue to provide masks at the registration desk for those who choose to wear them onsite.

Join us in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida February 22-24 for an opportunity to hear from influential members of Congress about how the policy agenda and the politics of the 118th Congress and the Administration could impact your S ESOP business. Registration is open to all ESCA members and prospective members. Prospective members refers to individuals who are considering professional or — on behalf of their company —corporate membership in ESCA and have not previously attended an ESCA conference. The social guest registration category provides for attendance at the opening reception on the 22nd and dinner event on the 23rd. Please register by scrolling down to the registration section below!

“Prospective members” refers to individuals who are considering professional or – on behalf of their company – corporate membership in ESCA and who have not, on behalf of their company previously attended an ESCA conference and are the first representative from their company to attend an ESCA conference. The “social guest” registration category provides for attendance at the opening reception on the 23rd and dinner event on the 24th.

Hotel Information

The conference will be held at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. To make your room reservations, please call The W Hotel at 954-414-8200 and reference the ESCA Room Block. You can also book your room online by clicking here. The room block rate is $385/night. The deadline to make reservations at The W Hotel is Friday, January 13. Be sure to book your rooms at your earliest convenience, as our block will sell out. 

We ask that if your plans, or the plans of your colleagues, change at the last minute and prevent you from joining us, to please contact Niaz Siasi (nsiasi@vennstrategies.com) before canceling your room at the W Hotel. We can assign the room to another participant on our waiting list.
