2023 Federal Policy Conference & Lobby Day

Please join us in Washington, DC for the 2023 Federal Policy Conference sponsored by Principal Financial Group. This unique event gives company executives and employee-owners the opportunity to hear from top decision makers in Congress about potential policy changes that could impact your S ESOP.

Registration is open to all ESCA members and prospective members. “Prospective members” refers to individuals who are considering professional or – on behalf of their company – corporate membership in ESCA and who have not previously attended an ESCA conference. The “social guest” registration category provides for attendance at the opening reception on the 20th and the dinner event on the 21st.

Note: All credit card payments will be assessed a 3% processing fee.

The conference will be held at the Willard InterContinental Hotel (1401 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004). To make your room reservations online, please click the button below. You may also choose to call the Willard at (888) 424-6835 and reference the ESCA Conference.

The room block rate is $409/night. We encourage you to reserve your room right away as our room block will sell out.

Refund policy: Your registration fees will be fully refundable until July 21st. After July 21st but before August 25th, our policy is to refund 50% of the registration fees, and after August 25th registration fees are non-refundable.  This assures that we can cover guarantees to the facilities and local vendors that are made when you sign up.
