COVID Policy

Safety continues to be a top priority, so we will require proof of a negative COVID rapid test taken within 24 hours of arrival from all of those who plan to attend the conference to ensure that attendees feel safer and more comfortable. Please plan to show proof of your negative COVID rapid test (can be an at-home test) via a photo with a timestamp at the registration desk.

Refund policy: Your registration fees will be fully refundable until May 27th. After May 27th but before June 10th, our policy is to refund 50% of the registration fees, and after June 10th registration fees are non-refundable. This assures that we can cover guarantees to the facilities and local vendors that are made when you sign up.
