This annual Summit is ESCA’s kickoff event of the year, bringing together more than 150 top executives of S ESOP companies, S ESOP advisors, and federal policymakers.

Join us in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida February 23-25 for an opportunity to hear from influential members of Congress about how the policy agenda and the politics of the 117th Congress and the Administration could impact your S ESOP business. Registration is open to all ESCA members and prospective members. Prospective members refers to individuals who are considering professional or — on behalf of their company —corporate membership in ESCA and have not previously attended an ESCA conference. The social guest registration category provides for attendance at the opening reception on the 23rd and dinner event on the 24th.

We ask that if your plans, or the plans of your colleagues, change at the last minute and prevent you from joining us, to please contact Niaz Siasi (nsiasi@vennstrategies.com) before canceling your room at the W Hotel. We can assign the room to another participant on our waiting list.

COVID Safety Protocol as of January 19

Due to the recent surge in COVID cases, we have updated our safety guidelines to protect our attendees and make them feel comfortable at the conference next month. Please read the notice below in its entirety and let us know if you have any questions.

To keep everyone safe in the most efficient and respectful manner possible, with the information we have at hand now, we will be observing the following rules for all attendees (including speakers). Additionally, we are working with the W to move certain events outdoors (weather permitting) and adjust room setups to encourage social distancing in the meeting rooms.

Please note that these guidelines may change as we get closer to the event and as more information pertaining to the variant continues to develop. We will adjust our approach as needed and keep you up to date with new developments to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

  • We encourage all participants to vaccinate and get boosters.
  • We ask that those of you who have been vaccinated (including any guests you plan to bring) please send us your proof of vaccination either along with your registration OR no later than Wednesday, February 16. To do this, please upload a photo or scanned copy of you vaccination card to the secure electronic Dropbox here.
  • If you or your guest have not been vaccinated, you must show proof of a negative PCR test taken not more than 48 hours prior to the start of the event and it is recommended that a mask be worn during the conference.
  • All attendees – regardless of vaccination status – are required to submit a negative COVID rapid test taken within 24 hours of your arrival at registration. Please plan to show proof of your negative COVID test via a photo with a timestamp at the registration desk. The Postal Service is now delivering one shipment of four COVID tests per residential address. Sign up at www.usps.com/covidtest.

We welcome others to wear masks as well. Mask-wearing is a request, not a mandate, and we understand it will not be possible at group meals.
